The Indiana Minority Health Coalition, Inc. privacy policy covers the collection and use of personal information that may be collected by IMHC anytime you interact with us, such as when you visit our website, when you volunteer or take part in our program in a capacity that requires submitting personal information or media realated materials ie.. photos, video, audio, etc.

Why do we collect your personal information? Because it helps us deliver a superior level of service & program success. It enables us to give you optimized operation of websites and multimedia content,convenient access & updates to dates and times of our programs. In addition, your personal information helps us keep you posted on the latest project announcements, volunteer opportunities, special offers, and events that you might like to hear about.

What Information We Collect

We may collect various forms of information depending on the paremeters of the program specificly. In general will collect informationsuch as address, name, telephone number, personal or business email, place of busniess address (volunteers) and possibly stastical infomation pertaining directly to the program itself.

We may also take information from your computers browser such as: Your screen resolution, what browser you are using, your *IP address, if you are accessing our database. This information well help us to better serve you by telling us what forms of digital media and formatiog will work best and be of least or no problems for you.

The Indiana Minority Health Coalition (IMHC), takes your privacy very seriously. Be assured that IMHC does not sell or rent your contact information to other marketers. To help us provide superior service, your personal information may be shared with legal entities within the IMHC group who will safeguard it in accordance with IMHC's privacy policy.

Your name will be protected to the limits of the law.  Your name will not be mentioned in any company reports. The information you give will be described only as part of a group.  No names will be given with the information you give to us (unless you are doing an interview and agree in writing to put your name in with the information you gave).
